Chef de Partie

We are looking to add a part time chef (10-20 hours per week) to our team. Experience in a similar role required. Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment. Duties including cooking fresh produce to order, prepping the kitchen for service, following health and hygiene regulations and assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
